Clariant übernimmt CRM International
Muttenz, 14. Januar 2013– Das Schweizer Spezialchemie-Unternehmen Clariant hat eine Übernahmevereinbarung mit der CRM International SAS unterzeichnet. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Frankreich stellt natürliche Inhaltsstoffe für die Personal Care Industrie her. Damit baut Clariant ihre Geschäftseinheit Industrial & Consumer Specialties weiter aus, um ihren Kunden verstärkt nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen anbieten zu können. Die Transaktion soll bis Ende März abgeschlossen sein. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

East Aurora, NY, USA, 9. Januar 2013 – Die Industriegruppe Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.B) hat am Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum von Kemflo International Co. Ltd. in der ostchinesischen Wirtschaftsmetropole Nanjing einen hydraulischen Simulationstisch zur Erprobung von Dachgepäckträgern installiert. Kemflo verwendet den Simulationstisch, um die mechanischen Beanspruchungen nachzubilden, denen Automobilzubehör, wie etwa Dachlastenträger, beim Einsatz im Straßenverkehr ausgesetzt sind.
