Aart Mateboer retires; Change in Perstorp Animal Nutrition leadership while pursuing ambitious growth plan
Malmö April 10, 2024 - Perstorp Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), today announces a change of Leadership within its Animal Nutrition business effective June 1st. Executive Vice President Aart Mateboer has announced his retirement after May 31st. The company is determined to conduct a seamless leadership transition and continuously deliver on its ambitious growth plan.
“Animal Nutrition remains integral to Perstorp’s and PCG’s strategic future and has recently developed an ambitious strategic plan, outlining the roadmap for expanding its business long-term, primarily based on product development and differentiation. Focus has been and will continuously be on delivering on this plan”, says Ib Jensen, President and CEO of Perstorp Group.
“Aart Mateboer has been leading the Perstorp Animal Nutrition team with dedication and has built his team based on confidence and empowerment. When he retires on May 31st, it marks the conclusion of an intense and successful chapter in his career. His decision to retire fully reflects personal aspirations and goals, and I would like to extend my warm gratitude for his invaluable contributions”, Ib Jensen continues.
