OMNEXUS EXPANDS NATIVE-LANGUAGE DAILY NEWS ON GLOBAL SITES

ATLANTA and ZURICH, Switzerland (Feb. 4, 2002) – Plastics eMarketplace Omnexus has further bolstered its role as the central resource for plastics professionals worldwide by increasing the choices of native-language daily news offered on the company’s regionally focused Web sites. Omnexus has debuted daily news coverage on its French-language site through an agreement with Caoutchoucs & Plastiques, one of the leading plastics magazines in France, adding to the English and German-language news stories already available on Omnexus.

Caoutchoucs & Plastiques joins a stable of Omnexus news providers, including German news organization and plastics journal K-Zeitung, and the company’s own Omnexus News Service, that offer plastics professionals the full text of the most current, relevant regional and international industry news in their preferred language.

Omnexus plans to add other local news feeds to its other native-language sites in coming months through similar arrangements with leading plastics news providers in other countries. Currently, Omnexus maintains regional sites in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
