New sales manager for Honeywell Fluorine Products Europe

Honeywell Fluorine Products Europe has appointed Giancarlo Matteo to the position of Sales Manager Europe, Middle East and Africa. In his new position Matteo will focus on further developing the value that Honeywell Fluorine Products brings to customers. Additionally, he will be responsible for implementing new business strategies in the European, Middle East and African regions.

According to Matteo, one of the focal points in his new role will be: “To identify how, in each region, value to customers can be increased through the improvement of materials distribution. To enable this, I will be reviewing and seeking greater efficiencies in our delivery infrastructure where this is necessary”.

Previously in the role of Sales Manager for Southern Europe and the Middle East for Honeywell Fluorine Products, Matteo brings significant company and product experience to his new post.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Matteo spent seven years with Akzo Nobel as a Sales Manager with responsibility for speciality chemicals supplied to the PU, coatings, polymer production, compounding and phosphorous chemicals industries. Matteo holds a degree in industrial chemistry.
