What is Genapol Pure Power?

Genapol Pure Power is a multifunctional rinse surfactant from Clariant for automatic dishwashing tablets and pouches. It is designed to combine drying, shine, rinse performance and machine-cleanliness benefits in one ingredient.

What problem does Genapol Pure Power solve?

Genapol Pure Power helps reduce fatty residue build-up inside dishwashers, including on the machine filter. This is increasingly relevant as modern dishwashers use less water and energy, and as consumers make greater use of eco, short and lower-temperature programs*. In Clariant internal testing, Genapol Pure Power reduced dishwasher filter weight build-up by up to 70% compared with a benchmark surfactant. The measured grease build-up in a 30-cycle built up test for example was 0.9 g with Genapol Pure Power versus 2.0 g with the benchmark.

Is Genapol Pure Power a rinse aid?

No. Genapol Pure Power is not a standalone consumer rinse-aid product. It is a multifunctional rinse surfactant ingredient for automatic dishwashing detergents, especially tablets and pouches with integrated rinse-aid, drying and machine-care functions.
