Vantaa, november 2003. CPS COLOR, marktleider in geavanceerde kleurenmengsystemen, introduceerde onlangs haar “Auricolor” kleurenmengsysteem – een volledig geïntegreerd kleurmanagement concept voor het kleuren van gecoat textiel. CPS COLOR en COROB verenigen krachten zoals gepland
Vanaf 17 december 2002 is de fusie tussen CPS COLOR en COROB Group een feit. De internationale mededingingsautoriteiten hebben de overeenkomst die op 5 november ondertekend was, goedgekeurd. CPS COLOR, marktleider op het gebied van geavanceerde kleurenmengsystemen neemt Corob, toonaangevend leverancier van automatische doseermachines, over van Swisslog. Het nieuwe bedrijf wordt marktleider in systemen voor het snel en flexibel maken van kleuren in uiteenlopende materialen.
