Clariant übernimmt CRM International
Muttenz, 14. Januar 2013– Das Schweizer Spezialchemie-Unternehmen Clariant hat eine Übernahmevereinbarung mit der CRM International SAS unterzeichnet. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Frankreich stellt natürliche Inhaltsstoffe für die Personal Care Industrie her. Damit baut Clariant ihre Geschäftseinheit Industrial & Consumer Specialties weiter aus, um ihren Kunden verstärkt nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen anbieten zu können. Die Transaktion soll bis Ende März abgeschlossen sein. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

No Centro Corsini, de Campinas, dedicado ao cuidado de portadores do vírus da AIDS, os voluntários da Avery Dennison realizaram diversas atividades durante o ano, entre elas a arrecadação de recursos para a compra de materiais para a pintura do parquinho das crianças que vivem no abrigo.

DSM introduces Stanyl Diablo OCD 2305 BM, the first high temperature polyamide for blow-molded ducts
DSM, the inventor of the Diablo technology, has launched Stanyl® Diablo OCD 2305 BM, a special heat stabilized blow molding grade of Stanyl polyamide 4.6, developed specifically for hot charge air ducts. It is the first high temperature polyamide suitable for processing by extrusion-blow molding and with a significant cost benefit compared to PPS, thanks to its lower weight and scrap rate.
