SABIC unterzeichnet Forschungsabkommen mit deutscher Forschungsgesellschaft zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen auf Basis fortschrittlicher Technologien
SITTARD, Niederlande, 23. Juni 2012 - Die Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) und Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, eine führende deutsche Organisation für angewandte Forschung, haben am 22. Juni 2012 in Sittard, Niederlande, eine mehrjährige Vereinbarung zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung fortschrittlicher Technologien getroffen. Ziel des Abkommens sind innovativer Lösungen für globale Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen in gesellschaftlichen Bereichen, wie Leichtbau und erneuerbare Energien.

Songwon stellt die Produktion der zinnhaltigen Agrochemikalien Songcat™ FENBUTAN und Songcat™ CYTIN ein
Ulsan, Korea – 27. September 2012 – Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. wird die Herstellung von zinnhaltigen Agrochemikalien an ihrem Standort Ulsan (Korea) ab dem 1. Januar 2013 einstellen. Die betroffenen Produkte dienen als Rohstoffe in der Produktion von zinnorganischen Agrochemikalien, die zur Verhinderung von Milbenbefall an Äpfeln, Birnen, Trauben, Orangen, Gemüse und anderen Kulturen verwendet werden.

DSM invests in Tsing Capital Environment Fund
Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has invested in the 4th China Environment Fund of Tsing Capital in China. This is DSM's first venture capital fund investment in Asia. The China Environment Fund is a series of four funds, managed by Hong Kong based Tsing Capital. Financial details of the investment have not been disclosed.
