Rotogal setzt auf moderne Feinmahltechnik von Pallmann

März 2012) – Einer der großen Rotationsgießer in Spanien, das Unternehmen Rotogal mit Sitz im nordspanischen Boiro A Coruña, hat seine bisher genutzte Feinmühle gegen eine des neuesten Typs von Pallmann gewechselt, ein PolyGrinder® PKMM 600. Damit kann er zusätzlich eine attraktive Lohnvermahlung aufbauen – viele anspruchsvolle Werkstoffe lassen sich mit der Pallmann Mühle ohne Stickstoff-Kühlung auf hohem Niveau vermahlen.

Funktionssicher und wartungsfreundlich
Mit den neuen konfektionierbaren Ventilsteckverbindern der GDM-Serie aus dem Hirschmann™-Produktprogramm von Belden können etwa Magnetventile, Druckgeber und Temperatursensoren mit Spannung versorgt oder an das Datennetzwerk angebunden werden. Eine Schutzbeschaltung sorgt dafür, dass die nachgeschaltete Elektronik weder durch Überspannung noch durch elektromagnetische Felder beschädigt wird. Außerdem werden Ausführungen mit LEDs zur Visualisierung des Betriebszustands angeboten, die mit und ohne Schutzbeschaltung erhältlich sind und die Wartung wesentlich erleichtern. Zu den weiteren Merkmalen der Ventilsteckverbinder gehören je nach Ausführung Schutzarten bis zu IP68, ein Temperaturbereich von -40° bis +90° C sowie hohe Schock- und Vibrationsfestigkeit. Damit ermöglichen sie auch unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen zuverlässige Lösungen, die dazu beitragen, die Produktivität von Maschinen und Anlagen zu erhöhen.
