SABIC anuncia dos nuevos films de PC Lexan* para tarjetas de identidad seguras que protegen frente al robo de identidad, los daños y la necesidad de sustitución prematura
PARIS, Francia – 15 de noviembre de 2011 – Desde la feria CARTES & IDentification, stand 4N062, la unidad de negocios Innovative Plastics de SABIC ha presentado hoy dos nuevas e innovadoras tecnologías de films de Lexan* policarbonato (PC) para tarjetas de identidad (ID) que ayudan a simplificar la integración de funciones de seguridad adicionales necesarias para combatir el robo de identidad y la falsificación. El nuevo film coextrudido Lexan SDCX y el film flexible con recubrimiento duro Lexan SC92E ofrecen soluciones a los desafíos de desarrollar tarjetas de identidad y documentos de seguridad con un mayor número de capas más finas y con un proceso de fabricación complejo. Varios años después del éxito alcanzado con la presentación de la cartera de films de identificación segura Lexan Secure ID de SABIC, esta expansión de su oferta de productos de seguridad, encarnada por los films de altas prestaciones Lexan SDCX y SC92E, deja patente el compromiso de la compañía con las tecnologías de protección de la identidad, que benefician por igual a los fabricantes de tarjetas inteligentes y a los consumidores.
