DSM ENGINEERING PLASTICS PRESENTS STANYL® ForTii™
DSM Engineering Plastics has unveiled the trade name under which it is to launch its latest high performance polymer for use in electronics and other applications. At a special naming ceremony today in Sittard, The Netherlands, the global leader in high temperature polyamides announced that the new polymer will be known as Stanyl® ForTii™. Key customers from various industries in the US, Europe and Asia have been involved in the naming process.

Borouge South East Asia (SEA) Logistics Hub in Singapore
Borouge, a leading provider of innovative, value creating plastics solutions, has signed a service contract with CWT Logistics Pte. Ltd., Singapore, so as to establish the Borouge South East Asia (SEA) Logistics Hub and to provide local logistics services for Borouge’s customers in Asia for duration of 10 years with effect from its operational start-up date in 2010.

MOOG ACQUISISCE INSENSYS, AZIENDA OPERANTE NEL SETTORE DELL’ENERGIA EOLICA
East Aurora, New York, 6 febbraio 2009 – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A e MOG.B) ha acquisito il 70% delle azioni di Insensys Ltd per 15,7 milioni di dollari in contanti. La transazione prevede anche un’opzione che consentirà a Moog di acquistare il restante 30% entro un anno.
