CHEMTURA INCREASES SYNTON® PAO PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) has announced a multi-stage capacity increase for its line of High Viscosity Polyalphaolefin (PAO) products, produced at its Elmira, Ontario, Canada facility. Chemtura will complete the first phase in the second quarter of 2008.

Da oltre sette anni Peugeot usa le resine Noryl GTX per la realizzazione dei parafanghi e altri pannelli della carrozzeria delle sue auto prodotte in Francia. La Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobiles (DPCA) impiega ora la resina Noryl GTX per la berlina a quattro porte Dongfeng Peugeot 307, il suo primo modello prodotto e venduto esclusivamente in Cina: i parafanghi anteriori sono infatti realizzati con la resina Noryl GTX.

PPG marine coatings first to be approved under IMO performance standard
PPG Industries’ (NYSE:PPG) protective and marine coatings (PMC) business recently announced that SigmaPrime 700 and SigmaPrime 700 LT coatings will be applied to a vessel being built in Korea for Chandris Hellas that will be the first built in full compliance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) ballast tank coatings regulation titled Performance Standard for Protective Coatings (PSPC).
