FAVORABLE RULING IN PATENT LAWSUIT FOR DSM DYNEEMA
Urmond (NL), January 26, 2007 – The “Tribunal de Grande Instance” of Paris, France, has ruled in favor of DSM Dyneema, the inventor and manufacturer of Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber™, in a patent infringement lawsuit instituted against Hangzhou Pivot International Co. Ltd., of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

DSM Dyneema is verheugd te kunnen aankondigen dat GMG, de productiedivisie van Cooke Aquaculture, een toonaangevend Canadees bedrijf in de zalmkwekerij, heeft gekozen voor netten gemaakt met het ultrasterke Dyneema® vezel om de uitbreidingen van het bedrijf in de provincies Newfoundland en Labrador te ondersteunen. De Cold Ocean Salmon divisie van Cooke heeft netmateriaal besteld voor 20 containmentnetten van 150 m die gemaakt zijn met Dyneema® door Badinotti (Italië). De netten, die in Canada vervaardigd zullen worden door GMG, bevatten het uitzonderlijke sterke, lichtgewicht Dyneema® vezel, wat ze gebruiksvriendelijker maakt, visontsnappingen voorkomt en de levensduur van het net verlengt.

Hence in September 2006 the travel administration department operated a reparation project, to which the key is gold foil painting on the pagoda surface. To ensure the firm fixation of gold foil with high glitter performance, PPG’s etching primer coatings was chosen for rust resistance, and specialized varnish was chosen to protect the surface of pagodas safter fully painted by the pure gold foil.

Construction of Songwon new world-scale antioxidant plant is ahead of schedule
Ulsan, Korea, January 16, 2007 – Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. announced today that the construction of its second dedicated manufacturing site for the production of phenolic and phosphite antioxidants is ahead of schedule and the plant start-up is now set for April 2007. Consistent with Songwon’s manufacturing strategy to provide economy of scale and security of supply, the project includes the back integration of key raw materials. In the first phase, this new manufacturing site will increase the Songwon capacity to about 55.000 tons, a 60% increase over the current capability. A second phase of expansion is already planned to bring total capacity to 80.000 tons and will be implemented as soon as the market demand will justify it.
