Borouge and Borealis strengthen innovation capabilities with new Innovation Centres
In a move which boosts its value creation through innovation strategy, Borealis has announced a decision to develop its Innovation Centre in Linz, Austria into the centre of its international research activities. In addition, plans are also underway to establish an Innovation Centre in Abu Dhabi as part of continued efforts to strengthen Borealis and Borouge’s research and development capabilities to support its Middle East and Asia Pacific operations.

GE’s Resin for High-Performance Textiles and Nonwovens Targets Key Trends in Aircraft Interior Applications

CBPE acquires global speciality water chemical business from Chemtura Corporation for $85m
Close Brothers Private Equity (CBPE) today announces the acquisition of the industrial water chemicals business from US listed Chemtura Corporation for an acquisition price of $85m. The business will be renamed BWA Water Additives (BWA).
