Stanyl TW341(unverstärkt) ist das Material der Wahl für die obere Schicht des Spanners, die auf die Steuerkette drückt. Die zweite Type, Stanyl TW241F10 (50% Glasfasern), wurde aufgrund seiner erhöhten Steifigkeit für den Träger der Spannschiene spezifiziert.
