On en trouve un excellent exemple récent avec la prescription de la plaque de LEXAN® THERMOCLEAR® comme matériau de vitrage de toiture pour six des stades qui accueillent le tournoi de football UEFA Euro 2004® au Portugal. Le couvercle d’airbag latéral de la Phantom 2003 de Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd fait désormais appel à l’élastomère de copolyester TPE Arnitel® de DSM Engineering Plastics. Le grade de TPE Arnitel® retenu pour cette application a été spécialement conçu pour satisfaire les cahiers des charges des airbags automobiles et d’autres applications exigeantes. Le succès rencontré par ce matériau dans la Rolls-Royce Phantom a permis à DSM d’étendre le champ d’application de ses TPE Arnitel® au créneau de marché des airbags.

Rhodia Polyamide Announces Further Price Increases for Polyamide 6.6 in Europe

EXAXE wins software contract with Falcon Leven
