NUOVO COMPOUND KONDUIT® ULTEM® DA LNP
BERGEN OP ZOOM, Ollanda – 23 giugno 2003 – LNP Engineering Plastics, società del gruppo GE Plastics (sigla alla Borsa di New York: GE) con sede a Exton, Pennsylvania, ha annunciato l’introduzione di un nuovo materiale ad alte prestazioni, il compound KONDUIT® ULTEM®, che va ad arricchire la gamma di termoplastici KONDUIT ad elevata conducibilità termica, già nota e apprezzata sul mercato. Il nuovo materiale si caratterizza per la conducibilità termica ed elettrica ed offre l’eccezionale stabilità dimensionale di ULTEM (il polimero di base, prodotto da GE Plastics) con in più le capacità di gestione termica dei compound KONDUIT di LNP. Grazie a questo straordinario insieme di caratteristiche, il compound KONDUIT ULTEM è in grado di migliorare le prestazioni termiche dei componenti nei quali è impiegato al posto del metallo e di prolungarne la durata in applicazioni esposte ad alta temperatura.

Transport rings made of fibreglass reinforced Exxtral PP for an innovative integrated internal transport system for pot plant growers
Machine manufacturer Flier Holland BV in Barendrecht (NL) and E&O Kunststoffen in Veenendaal (NL) have jointly developed a special transport ring for the internal logistics of pot plant nurseries, made of 10% fibreglass reinforced Exxtral polypropylene (PP) supplied by polymer distributor Distrupol. Flier Holland BV is a leading manufacturer of mechanisation and automation systems for flower and plant growers. E&O Kunststoffen designs and develops customised plastic product solutions for its clients.
