Investors in People Certificaat voor Axxicon Moulds in Helmond
Investors in People Nederland heeft haar nieuwste keurmerk uitgereikt aan Axxicon Moulds in Helmond als erkenning voor het vooruitstrevende personeelsbeleid van de onderneming. Investors in People (IiP) is een certificeerbaar, continu verbeterproces dat inwerkt op zowel het organisatorische als het personele vlak van een onderneming. Mooie voornemens worden afrekenbaar en dit resulteert veelal in betere bewustwording van gezamenlijke doelstellingen bij managers en medewerkers. Axxicon Moulds het eerste metaalverwerkende bedrijf in Zuid-Nederland dat dit proces met succes heeft voltooid.
