Pinnacle’s two new PP3™ random copolymer grades offer customers superior aesthetics at an affordable price point. Besides giving housewares and other products a dramatically brighter and cleaner look, Pinnacle 5135C3 and 5155C3 resins enable shorter cooling times and a broader processing window, which can provide energy savings and cycle time reductions.

Clariant focuses on further Growth in China
Muttenz, October 20, 2010 - Swiss specialty chemicals company Clariant continues to strengthen its presence in Greater China with the official opening of its new Greater China headquarters in Shanghai today, October 20, 2010. The new facility also includes a new technical application center for pigments. Clariant further announced the start-up of its new Quinacridon pigment joint venture in Hangzhou.

Clariant announces final conclusions of its Global Asset Network Optimization (GANO) project
Muttenz, October 15, 2010 - Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, today announced the final conclusions of its Global Asset Network Optimization (GANO) project which impact eight sites globally. The measures are part of the company’s overall 2009/2010 restructuring program and will lead to a reduction of up to 100 positions worldwide. Implementation will be finalized by 2013.
