KELTAN® MULTI-PURPOSE HIGH PERFORMANCE GRADE DELIVERS LOWEST SYSTEMS COST
Geleen, 03 November 2009 – Following the introduction of a developmental grade earlier this year, DSM Elastomers has now officially launched Keltan® 8642A, a fast curing, high green strength ENB grade with very good filler and plasticizer acceptance. The new grade is particularly suitable for extrusion and molding applications with high level of fillers, such as solid sealing systems.

Heerlen, Niederland, 5. Juni 2009 – Aufgrund veränderter Nachfrage hat DSM Elastomers Keltan® DE 8642A eingeführt, ein schnell vernetzendes ENB-haltiges Material mit hoher Ausgangsfestigkeit sowie sehr guter Füllstoff- und Weichmacheraufnahme. Das neue Material eignet sich insbesondere für Extrusions- und Spritzgießanwendungen mit hohen Füllstoffanteilen, wie massive Dichtungssysteme. Keltan DE 8642A wird als Brockenware in Ballen mit ausgezeichneter Mischfähigkeit geliefert.

GESTATTEN: KELTAN® 1200A
Heerlen, Niederland, 22. Mai 2009 – DSM Elastomers hat ein neues EPDM-Material eingeführt, das sich zum einen als scherstabiler Viskositätsindex-Verbesserer (VII) für den Markt der Erdöladditive eignet und zum anderen als Verarbeitungsadditiv für Kautschukanwendungen eingesetzt werden kann.

Oktober 2008 – Nach mehreren Monaten erfolgreicher Tests ist die neue Reaktionextruderlinie (REX) von DSM Elastomers zur Produktion innovativer EP(D)M-Hochleistungstypen in voller Kapazität betriebsbereit. Die Produkte sind ab sofort lieferbar. REX ist komplett in die Fertigungsstätte Triunfo von DSM Elastomers in Brasilien integriert. Die Anlage basiert auf modernster Technologie für die reaktive Extrusion.

KELTAN® ACE™ TECHNOLOGIE AUF DEM WEG ZUR MARKTEINFÜHRUNG IN 2009
Heerlen, 11. September 2008 – DSM Elastomers meldet, dass die Entwicklung von Keltan® ACE™ wie vorgesehen voranschreitet. Das Unternehmen hatte im vergangenen Jahr beschlossen, am Standort seiner bestehenden EPDM-Fertigung in Geleen (Niederlande) in die Einführung einer neuen fortschrittlichen Katalysatortechnologie zu investieren.

DSM ELASTOMERS VIERT 40 JAAR KELTAN
Heerlen, 22 oktober 2007 - Op 22 oktober 1967 opende NV Staatsmijnen DSM een nieuwe EPT rubber fabriek in Geleen. Deze fabriek, die toen 18 miljoen gulden kostte was de eerste EPT rubber fabriek in Europa en had een capaciteit van 12.000 ton per jaar.

DSM ANNOUNCES INVESTMENT IN KELTAN® ACE™ TECHNOLOGY
Heerlen, 15 October 2007 - The Managing Board of Royal DSM N.V has decided to invest in the implementation of a new advanced catalyst technology in one of its existing EPDM facilities in Geleen, the Netherlands. The total investment represents up to EUR 10 million. Mechanical completion of the plant is expected in the 4th quarter of 2008.
