TE CONNECTIVITY AND INTERCONTEC ANNOUNCE CO-BRANDING FOR JAPAN

New agreement for circular metric connectors delivers benefits for Japanese industrial customers

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland – August 4, 2014 – TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) and Intercontec have signed an agreement for an enhanced collaboration in the Japanese market in which TE will distribute Intercontec’s range of circular metric connectors. In addition, TE will provide technical support and after-sales service for the product range, which will be made available in co-branded packaging.

The collaboration will give industrial customers in Japan immediate access to Intercontec’s world-class connectors, while at the same time offering the full service and support that can only be delivered by an established local supplier such as TE.
