MARKETING SOLUTIONS AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY (BCA) COOPERATE TO PROVIDE MEDIA SUPPORT FOR SABIC IN RUSSIA
Kapellen – March 13, 2008 – Marketing Solutions N.V. and BCA joined forces to provide an awareness program in the Russian market for SABIC Europe and SABIC Innovative Plastics.
The program was centered on "Interplastica 2008", a plastics & rubber trade fair which took place from January 29th to February 1st, 2008 in Moscow. The key element of the program was to create awareness for SABIC Europe and SABIC Innovative Plastics with the Russian trade media through a series of focused and in-depth interviews. This was supported with the development of a localized press information package and post-event distribution of news releases and out reach to the Russian and CIS trade media.
To ensure the highest quality and consistency of communication to the Russian media, Marketing Solutions partnered with BCA to provide local expertise and experience. As a result 12 interviews were held with key trade media and 13 articles appeared either in print or on the web.
Helen Vandebovenkamp, Press Relations Manager for SABIC Innovative Plastics in Europe, commented: "This was a sharp learning experience with no room for error; it had to be first time right.
