Green Office 2015
Green Office 2015 is een innovatieve visie op, én een concreet plan voor de ontwikkeling van duurzame kantoren in binnenstedelijke gebieden. De parkachtige schakel verbindt en vitaliseert gebieden die door infrastructuur worden doorkruist. Het is een energieleverend gebied, waar wonen, werken en recreëren op een natuurlijke wijze zijn verweven.
Green Office 2015 is een initiatief van Aart van Gelder, algemeen directeur van Imtech Nederland. De Rijksgebouwendienst is fictief opdrachtgever van Green Office 2015. De participanten zijn:

Op 5 november 2008 vond het Green Office 2015 symposium plaats. Op deze dag presenteerden deelnemende partijen hun visie op, en een concreet plan voor de ontwikkeling van duurzame kantoren in binnenstedelijke gebieden.

GREEN OFFICE 2015: INTEGRAL DESIGN OFFERS ADDED VALUE
Throughout the entire process of design and construction, the various partners to the Green Office 2015 project collaborate on an integral basis. This means that the demands of the users are paramount and that these are translated into building functions. The participants collectively work to achieve the best possible area developments, combined with the lowest possible (social) costs over the entire life of the project. To this end, all participants take equal part in the design process from the very start, making use of multidimensional building information models (BIM).

Green Office 2015 is a close-knit tissue that is imposed on existing infrastructure; a web that links areas together, where working, living and leisure are all interwoven. Never before has the infrastructural footprint been activated on so many levels. Furthermore, use is made of advanced and innovative technologies, materials and concepts in the fields of health, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and urban planning.

Developed as an integrated whole, this unique concept offers solutions for various social issues. It is an ambitious project on which numerous project partners from the building sector, the business world, knowledge institutes and government authorities collaborated from the very start.

Green Office 2015: nota Randstad 2040 wordt realiteit in 2008
Woensdag 5 november presenteert een groep vooraanstaande bedrijven, kennisinstellingen en overheden ‘Green Office 2015’: een ‘duurzaam’, CO2 emissievrij concept voor binnenstedelijke beleving en de integratie van buitenwijken. ‘Green Office 2015’ is een concreet voorstel, dat op tal van plaatsen zowel nationaal als ook internationaal kan worden toegepast.
